A private developer is constructing a 14-storey, 136 residential apartment complex in Petit Valley, Diego Martin. Alvair has been engaged for the civil, structural engineering and provision of site QA/QC for the project.

Services Performedx

Preliminary Design of Drainage and road infrastructure for a new 136-unit apartment complex.

Preliminary Structural engineering design of a fourteen (14) story reinforced concrete shear wall system apartment building, retaining walls, multi-level car park, and ancillary structures such as pool, gymnasium, and offices.

Obtain Certificate of Environmental Clearance (CEC) from the Environmental Management Authority (EMA) and Town & Country Planning Division Final Planning Permission.
