Project Overviewx

This luxury residential development has a total of 62 apartments, comprising 60 three-bedroom units and 2 four-bedroom penthouses. The project consists of two architecturally designed towers, strategically oriented to capture sweeping views of the Gulf of Paria.
One tower will house 32 units and include a rooftop amenity level featuring a swimming pool, gym, and recreation deck. The second tower will contain 30 units, including the two expansive single-level four-bedroom penthouses. Beneath both towers, two levels of parking will provide ample space for residents.
Alvair is tasked with delivering engineering solutions for the development, encompassing structural design, retaining walls, site infrastructure, and all associated facilities required for the multi-storey complex, which is set on challenging, steeply sloped terrain.

Structural Engineering designs for reinforced concrete foundations and superstructure elements for the main buildings, swimming pool, retaining walls, and utility areas.

MEP Engineering designs for the provision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, including power distribution, water supply systems, wastewater treatment via a package plant, plumbing networks, and HVAC systems.
