The Pillars is a two-storey residential townhouse development situated in Central Trinidad. This gated community comprises 45 contemporary and generously sized townhouse units, each designed to offer private green spaces, dedicated parking, and access to a centrally located communal pool.
Alvair was engaged by Amera Caribbean to deliver comprehensive structural and civil infrastructure engineering services for this development. The scope of work included structural design of the residential units, as well as civil engineering elements such as site grading, stormwater drainage, and the design of internal roadways and pavement systems.
