Trinidad Generation Unlimited required the construction of a new warehouse building within the existing TGU 720 MW power plant facility.
To achieve this goal, a partnership was formed between Alvair Limited, with engineering, statutory approvals, project and construction management responsibilities, and Hookmally Ali Limited (HAL) for the procurement and construction aspects.

Services Performedx

Structural value engineering of the building frame to significantly reduce structural steel member sizes and generate cost savings for TGU.

Full MEP designs, drawings and specifications for lighting, power, fire detection and suppression, potable and wastewater.

Obtain all required statutory approvals including TCPD planning approval, building permit and completion certificate from Siparia Regional Corporation.

Full project and construction management and quality assurance and monitoring of all on-site works including provision of key technical personnel.
