Alvair was contracted by Amera to provide engineering designs and construction supervision services for civil, structural and MEP infrastructure at the SouthPark Southside development located on Michael Rahael Boulevard, Tarouba Link Road, San Fernando.

Services Performedx

Civil infrastructure designs for site earthworks, inclusive of cut and fill, site drainage and detention systems and all internal roads with profiles and sections.

Structural Engineering designs for the structural components of the infrastructure, such as drains, retaining walls, pull boxes etc.)

MEP infrastructure designs for electrical infrastructure and lighting, water reticulation inclusive of fire hydrants and wastewater collection system.

Preparation of construction drawings and technical engineering design reports.

Statutory approvals, which included the Water and Sewage Authority (WASA), Trinidad and Tobago Fire Services (TTFS), and Trinidad and Tobago Electrical Commission (TTEC) – Electrical Inspectorate.

Construction support services, which included construction attendance and supervision during the work execution stage.
