Project Overviewx

A single storey building in Port of Spain was identified for renovation. Form Architects, requested Alvair to provide MEP engineering design expertise, ensuring the project’s technical infrastructure was seamlessly integrated with the architectural designs. The building was designed as a flexible space for multiple uses including meetings, work areas and an art gallery.
