Nestled on Lot 8a Stanmore Avenue in Port of Spain, this elegant two-storey building has been thoughtfully renovated and redesigned into a modern office space. The project highlights a seamless blend of functionality and beauty, incorporating striking architectural features that enhance both its aesthetic appeal and professional atmosphere.
Alvair was engaged by Form Architects to provide electrical design services. The scope of work included the preparation of detailed electrical drawings and collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor (QS) to develop the electrical Bill of Quantities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the overall project requirements.
