Project Overviewx

Caribbean Office of Co-operative Architecture (COCOA), the lead architect for the project, engaged Alvair to provide design and construction supervision services for a new 8000 sq. ft. mixed-use office and apartment building. The building is located on the island of Carriacou, part of the territory of Grenada, and comprises a basement parking level with the ground and first floor levels.
