This five-story apartment complex is perched in the scenic Maraval Hills, offering breathtaking views of Port of Spain. The building features a unique V-shaped layout, designed in response to the site’s boundary limitations and challenging terrain. Each apartment unit is outfitted with premium amenities, complemented by a rooftop pool and a dedicated parking courtyard.
Alvair was responsible for delivering engineering designs for the apartment complex, including the building structures, retaining walls, site infrastructure, and all related development facilities.
