CGCL procured a prefabricated metal warehouse building and required a contractor to design and build the substructure, MEP, and associated external works, and to erect the steel building superstructure.
To achieve this goal, a partnership was formed between Alvair Limited, with engineering, statutory approvals, project, and construction management responsibilities, and Hookmally Ali Limited (HAL) for the construction and erection aspects.

Services Performedx

Civil, structural, and MEP engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for foundations, floor slab, driveway slabs, aprons, drains, lighting, power, including forklift charging station, fire suppression, potable, and wastewater.

Obtain all required statutory approvals, including TCPD planning approval, building permit, and completion certificate from Siparia Regional Corporation.

Full project and construction management of all on-site works, including the provision of key technical personnel.
