Project Overviewx

With its growing membership, Angostura Group Employees Credit Union (AGECU) desired to move its operations from within the Angostura Laventille complex to a new 12000 square feet, three-storey office building located on the Eastern Main Road, Laventille. The new AGECU head office building will be phased as an initial 7,000 square feet, two-storey building with the third floor planned for future expansion.

Alvair was commissioned by the credit union for the architectural design, structural, MEP, and civil engineering and project management of the new building.

Project completed December 2025.
